Try the rear jacks and again no sound. The sound used to work just fine in either output but lately now it stopped working. So i'm assuming it's a driver issue. I've tried reinstalling Nvidia Drivers to get the Nvidia HD audio drivers freshly installed and nothing.
Make sure that your SPDIF device in Sound control panel is showing as "Realtek USB Audio" NOT " Realtek USB2.0 Audio ". After clicking "Change settings" , go to driver tab and select update driver, then select browse your computer for driver, and pick the model "Realtek USB Audio", which is the one that you download from MSI website.

After installing windows and the drivers, I tried to listen to some music but the front audio/mic input did not work. I use a Razen Kraken X, which has three rings on the jack, and comes with a female into male splitter.
The problem is that the activation of VT-d loses the sound from the discrete sound card. Built-in graphics with hdmi and probably displayport also uses sound from the built-in audio codec on the motherboard. If you don't know, don't write about it anymore. And I need the VT-d to work, and the sound card works together.
